By placing an order with Cakes 4 Friends LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If anything is unclear, contact us at coquito2026@cakes4friendsllc.com or (703) 945-3008 before ordering.

1. Home-kitchen production & allergens

All Cakes 4 Friends products are prepared in a private home kitchen in Fairfax, VA. The kitchen is not inspected by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or a state food-service authority on an ongoing basis.

Our cakes and coquitos may contain or come into contact with: nuts (including pecans, almonds, and coconut), dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, alcohol, soy, and chocolate. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergen cross-contact. If you or any recipient has a food allergy or sensitivity, please disclose it in the “Notes” field at checkout. Customers consume our products at their own risk.

2. Products containing alcohol (21+)

• By ordering an alcohol-containing item, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Alcohol-containing items are sold for private, personal consumption only. You may not resell them, redistribute them commercially, or serve them to persons under 21 years of age.
• If you intend to serve our products at a public event, you are responsible for any required permits or licenses in your jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, including if we have reason to believe these terms will not be followed.

3. Ordering, pricing & payment

• All prices listed on the website are estimates. The website displays an estimated total including 2.5% Virginia food tax. Cakes 4 Friends will confirm the final total before payment.
• Payment is collected after order confirmation by Venmo or Zelle as listed on your invoice.
• We accept up to a limited number of orders per month based on kitchen capacity. Order availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

4. Pickup, delivery & cancellation

• Pickup is from our Fairfax, VA kitchen at a time we coordinate after confirmation.
• Delivery is available within our standard Northern Virginia service area only. Locations outside that area require manual review and are not guaranteed.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice before the due date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for refund.
• If pickup is missed without prior notice, the order will be considered fulfilled and is not refundable.

5. Privacy

When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email, due date, and order details. We use this information only to fulfill your order, send confirmation messages, and contact you about your specific request. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Order data is stored locally on our server and on Garnet’s business email.

6. Photography & intellectual property

All images, recipes, and content on this site are the property of Cakes 4 Friends LLC and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cakes 4 Friends LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or consumption of our products. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
